We’re now accepting vendor applications for our all-new 2025 Christmas Market! We’re looking for a diverse mix of artisans, crafters, bakers, artists, and more to help create a festive and memorable holiday experience for our guests.

What does the application process look like?
- Applicants fill out the Vendor Interest Form below…
- Our team reviews the returning vendors for each market
- Assessment of available booth space for new vendors
- Review of all new vendor registrations
- Selection of qualified applicants
- Qualified applicants receive the official vendor application with specific pricing information
- Applicants return the application, including signed Terms & Conditions
- Vendors receive confirmation and invoices
- Applicant must pay within 30 days to secure the booth rental
How are new vendors selected?
We accept applications from vendors with products that are:
- Holiday gifts
- Unique
- High-quality
- Handmade/crafted
- Traditionally German/European
We do not accept applications from vendors with:
- Direct sales & multi-level marketing (Mary Kay, LulaRoe, It Works, LipSense, Scentsy, etc).
- Wholesale distributors
- Products using licensed imagery and brands
- Weapons
- Products with hateful and divisive messages
- CBD products
What is the Pop-Up booth?
Each location features one booth that houses part-time vendors temporarily on a rotating basis throughout the market. Booth measurements are approx. 8′ x 8‘. The Pop-Up booth can be rented for 1-7 days based on availability.
How do you know if you have been accepted?
After having reviewed all applications as well as signed Terms & Conditions, our team will reach out by email to confirm approval. Please note that the contract will only become binding upon application confirmation with invoice payed in full (see Phase 4 of the application process above).
